
Valerie Miesse Smith
Valerie Smith joined Eastern Closing Services with decades of knowledge in the real estate and insurance fields. Her passion for helping individuals and families find a place to call home is fully reflected in her diligent work as our pre-closer. She is the first person to view contracts, titles, and clear title matters. As an expert contract examiner, she makes sure that contracts are complete.
Valerie’s career in real estate began in 1992 as an agent. In 2010 she obtained her broker’s license and still maintains an Associate Broker affiliation with Harry Norman Realtors. Valerie is also licensed in insurance for property, casualty, life, and health.
Valerie was born and raised in Georgia and currently resides in Brookhaven. She is a college football fan and enjoys cheering for her Georgia Dawgs! Valerie previously volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. She is a mother of two and grandmother of 3 and enjoys spending her time with them. Valerie loves cooking for family and friends.

Amber Diane Landers
Amber’s compassion for nature and humanitarian efforts serves as the guiding principle in both life and work. With her caring attitude, she strives to put all parties involved in each real estate transaction at ease. Her diligence, dedication, problem solving skills and attention to detail make her an excellent Real Estate Closing Paralegal. Before joining Eastern Closing Services, she was employed in hospitality management, where she championed personalized service to clients.
Amber grew up and attended school in Georgia and received her paralegal certificate through Chattahoochee Tech. Describing her job as both challenging and educational, she wants to grow in her field and build professional relationships.
As an avid nature lover, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband, Eric, and their two cats and two Mastiffs. Her philanthropic efforts include volunteer animal rescue for aggressive abandoned dogs and rescuing Feral cats. Amber enjoys travel and has spent time journeying across the continental US.
